We had to have our old boy pts this morning - he would have been 14 next Mon. Wanted him to reach that special day but it was not to be.
I know you shouldn't have favourites, but he was always special to me - he was my first home-bred cocker that I did really well with showing, the first one I took to Crufts, he had a BPIS and he was so handsome and such a lovely nature.
We've got Alf and William to keep us going, and we've said we wouldn't have 3 anymore, but it's feeling very quiet here at the moment.
There's a very big hole in my heart...
