If you think he has swallowed the knuckle of the bone, you should speak to your vet.  ;)

Was the bone raw or cooked??

I would definitely speak to your vet then.  You should never feed cooked bones as they can splinter and cause all sorts of problems.  Raw bones are fine but cooked ones are not  ;)  If he has swallowed it whole it could cause a blockage so should def be checked out.  ;)

Hope your little guy is OK.  :-\

The wormer may have upset his tum - which one was it?  I know some dogs on here have had a reaction to Drontal  :-\

I agree with Joules, you should speak to your vet, cooked bones are potentially very dangerous and should never be fed to dogs. I would want to get him checked in case the knuckle has stuck in his stomach, better to be safe than sorry. I hope he's ok :luv:
