Title: Hi from Scotland

Hi, I have just joined today after reading a bit of the boards for the last few weeks in preparation for getting our cocker spaniel puppy.  Got her on Saturday just passed, she was born on 11th January and so is 8 weeks old.  Her name is Willow and I have fallen head over heels for her  :luv:
I've never had a dog before although my partner has always had dogs in her family.  It is amazing how in just a few days I have become so obsessed with toilet activity  :005: she is doing very well though and I think that (so far) I have been very lucky.  My parents live close by and got a little girl from the same litter who is also adorable, it is very cute to see them both playing together.
Can't wait until she is up to date with her jags so as I can take her out and show her off!  :D

Welcome to COL - I just joined in December - it is very addictive !!!

Bracken is just 20 weeks, and we live in West Lothian

Have fun with Willow - and I will look out for some photos

Hi, weve got Holly a 9 month orange roan show cocker, Willow's a lovely name, were in south ayrshire, quite a few COLers in Scotland, maybe see you on a meet some day  ;)

B52- Bracken is a lovely name!  I can imagine this forum would be addicitive, everyone has such good advice to share and I've already learned a lot from reading the puppy threads.

Holly2009- Holly is a great name as well  :D I was trying to help my parents choose names for their pup and was drawing a total blank but for some reason as soon as I decided to get one as well, Willow just sprang to mind!  The breeder told me when we collected her that she had thought about suggesting Willow just before I told her, so she must just look like a little Willow  :luv:  Oh, and I live in North Ayrshire!  ph34r

Welcome to you and Willow.... lovely name, can't wait to see pics of her!

I'm way down on the south coast :) and have a one year old light blue roan, Maggie.  She's a little treasure although sometimes I swap other words in place of treasure when she's being less than perfect!   :005:

I have two goldens; Bailey (big bruvva :shades:) and Saffron (little sister :angel:).  :005:
