Hello friends i am a new pet owner and its my first pet in life. i would request you to tell me the benefits of spaying a female dog as i was recommended by vet to spay her at the age to 6 months- she is 4 months old now....i would request you experienced people to tell me the benefits of spaying....as per your experience..... :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:

yogesh... there was a lot of discussion about spaying and at what age on the thread you posted the other day in health.
As I'm sure you saw, it's a subject which people don't agree on, so you won't get a definitive answer.... people have given you their experiences already, so I don't know what you are expecting from this thread?  :huh:

I think that yogesh is asking for pros and cons of spaying at all , the other thread was based on what age to spay.

I am in no way an expert on this , but getting your female spayed will prevent unwanted pregnancies , infection of the uterus and mamary tumours  :blink:
