Title: Can I have my old member name?

I have not been here in many years and could not remember my password and no longer have my old email to request an new password.  My old user name was manuel:

Hi there and welcome back.

I'm afraid there's no way to merge your new account with the old one - but I could delete your old account (there's no posts remaining for it anyway) and change the username of your new account to Manuel. Does that sound OK ?

All done now. You'll still need to log in using the details you registered with ( ie username 'mycockerspaniels' ) but your name will now be displayed as Manuel on the forum.
