We had Gracie weighed at the vets this week- she is 6 months- and was 13.35 kilos- does this sound about right?
-
13.3kg sounds heavy for a 6 month old but they're all different, it really depends how big she is in general. How tall is she? Rodaidh's 3 and a half and he's 13.5kg, he's 15.5" to the shoulder. Pups can carry a bit of extra puppy fat but as they start to get their adult shape you want to be able to feel their ribs and see a waist, as long as you can do that and she doesn't look podgy then I wouldn't worry too much.

It sounds heavy to me as Freya is a year and 8.5kg but like Nicola says they vary in height and general size so much, maybe shes just going to be a big girl :luv:
-
No stupid me- 9.35 kilos!!!!!
-
Ah! :005: That sounds a lot more 'normal' for her age, I was thinking she must be a very big puppy :lol2:

She is very greedy and a bit of a fat bum like most of us girls but she wouldnt be thanking me for that weight gain!!!

What a pretty girl :luv: - would be very difficult to deny her anything - even if it were for her own good

She is a Ryallcourt girl- I am very lucky! She is quite fiesty and loves to 'fight' Charlie!!!

:005: Me too! Jeff's 9 months and 10.25 kg

She's gorgeous! I :luv: that photo, she's such a stunner!!
Charlie is now just a few days off 6 months and is about 9.5 kilos

Sounds ok then- we can keep comparing notes. The breeder that I got her from has quite compact dogs but her dad had been brought in I think he is Lynwater.
-
From the picture Gracie looks a lot like her litter sister :luv:
(She was at the show with us last week and I could of been persuaded to bring her home quite easily ;))

Charlie has Lynwater in his pedigree, quite far back though. Great, great, great grandparents I think

Selby is 10.5 kilos and he is 9 months old, am glad you posted this as I was wondering if he was OK for his age. Selby's name is Mossedew Ontont Cordial. That is not the ways to spell it but its a french name and am hopeless at French so have spelt it phonetically (if thats correct) !!!!!!!!! as you can see cant spell!!!!!!

Me too and I'm a teacher!!!

'From the picture Gracie looks a lot like her litter sister '
Was she being shown by Pat? Was she from the same litter? Gracie was born in Feb. We went to see the other one but liked Gracie more and Pat was really kind and let us have her! She had had a judge round to look at them and was told that there was nothing between them! We were very lucky!

I think we have Gracie's brother. Born Feb 6th 2010?
