Title: Brave Little Cocker
Post by: aliceandlouis on April 02, 2011, 11:37:22 AM
What a brave little person Millie is  :luv: - never, ever underestimate a cocker (or two) I say  :D

How very scary for the owner - worst nightmare scenario for many of us I suspect  :o :o

How awful, still the cockers ruled the day though, I think a medal for bravery should be awarded. I hope the scum that carried out this attack are brought to justice but don't hold out much hope

Poor dogs. :'( How disgusting some people are. >:D
Hope they get caught but probably wouldn't get punished any way.
I wouldn't care if all my worldly goods were taken as long as any intruders didn't harm my pets. You can replace things but nothing can replace our beloved pets.

heard this on the news  :'( :'(

beggars belief why a burgler would attack a little pup with a screw driver when it's obviously not a danger to anyone  :dunno:
human behaviour is beyond me sometimes   ph34r  >:D
hope little Millie recovers well from her injuries & suffers no lasting damage from her ordeal - & Hardy too  :luv:  :bigarmhug: :luv:

Cockers are full of surprises, mine saw off a nasty Staff X Pitbull thing that went for me, Golden Cocker looked quite scary! Reminds you that even your lovely Cocker shares 97% DNA with a Grey Wolf :)

Tossers  >:D >:D >:D >:D >:(

I'm so glad the dogs survived... I have to say that of my two, people are most wary of Normy but actually it's Dave that does the business when needed. He's an excellent bark alarm (without being over the top) and actually when the kids have been in trouble with other dogs it's Dave that sorts it all out - again to a sensible level. He's a little hero and my last cocker was exactly the same :luv: :luv: :luv: ;)

Oh! Just remembered another incident when we were on a canal boat and a stanger thought they'd 'investigate' the boat at night... Dave went absolutly nuts - lips pulled back and proper warning barking and growling. I've never seen him do it before or since as he's never had reason to, but he really knows what to do when he's needed :luv:
