Bella has learnt the art of pick pocketing, the little rascal can sneak up on you and pretend to cuddle in she waits what she thinks is a sufficient amount of time and then gets her nose into your pocket! Nothing is safe lol xxx love her to bits but she definitely keeps us on our toes xxx

Freya is an expert in this field for one good reason. Tissues ph34r. Clean, used, still in the wrapper she finds and steals them wherever they may be. And I completely agree with the sneaky, "I want a cuddle" behaviour in order to gain access :005: Clever little s**ts aren't they!

given half a chance yep :lol2: - cocker pups must come through the Artful Dodger School of Pick Pocketing before coming to their new homes :shades: :luv:
-
yep! 2 pickpockets here as well. they also enjoy emptying handbags, school bags, packed lunch bags, carrier bags the list goes on :005: :005: If you have something tasty in your pocket and it is zipped up (like my dog walking jacket) they will also chew the pocket to turn the food to mush and get all the flavour out :005:
-
Yep! Two pocket raiders here ;)
Lillie goes for the obvious - food :005:
And Teva - orange ph34r - goes for...........poo bags :005: :shades: simples!!!!" :luv:

Lol Why did the breeder not warn me about this school of elite training ;)
We also have the tissue/poo bag fetish going on and your right very clever lol
I have yet to experience the chewing of the pocket - lush, something to look forward to.
XxxxX

just you wait until you put your hand into your pocket to find that lovely smush that used to be a gravy bone - then you are a true cocker owner :005:

That reminds me of the time I put my hand in my pocket to discover the mushy remains of a biscuit and a hole chewed through my pocket. :lol2:

Tissues here too, Bella loves them, she tried to pinch one out of an old ladies pocket one day, she said I've nothing in there, I said you have a tissue, she was amazed.
Molly's just figuring out that pockets have treats!!
-
Yep Ruby is a little monster at it! she is very crafty , it must have been hilarious for watchers seeing me dashing around the woods in hot pusuit of a little orange roan hooligan who was tearing and jinking ahead of me with an empty black doggy back steaming from her mouth , nicked from my pocket.....she found a soft spot and proceeded to try and bury it.........
-
:005: :005: :005: Oh gosh yes Diesel does that - he sticks his nose right in my pocket and its a battle to get him out of it until he grabs what ever it was that was in there and basically looks and goes 'nah nah' and runs off :)
-
Hattie once stole from a mans pocket on a walk, he walked past us and stroked Hattie, when i looked around Hattie had a bag in her mouth containing his head phones. I had to shout him back, he had no idea they had gone out of his pockets ph34r. She also stole £55 out of my friends bag which she had left on the floor, lucky it was in a plastic bag. I have never seen my oh run for a biscuit in my life. :005:
-
Toby doesn't even pretend he wants a cuddle - he just sticks his nose in my pocket, sniffs out the tissue then pulls and away he goes with his treasure. >:D Oh, and when the shopping bags come in from the car, Lord help us!! He was running around with a bunch of bananas last week :005:
-
Mine all do, also peoples bags, when we've had visitors they are often found rummaging through their handbags and running off with something they shouldn't. We had puppy visitors here recently and Autumn ran off with a pair of sports socks from one ladies bag :005: Luckily she found the funny side of it.
-
Another pick pocket here!! Usually tissues, poo bags, doggie treats and Oh yeah £20 notes! >:D >:D

Crikey!
Bill Sykes missed a trick;
He should have had a cocker
not "Bullseye"
I'm singing again......
"You've got to pick a pocket or two
boys,
You've got to pick a pocket or two"
steffxxx

He he ...I just don't think a cocker with their long ears and doey eyes would have the same effect somehow :005: :011:

Another pickpocket here too.
We had a painter here this week and I spent my time running after the puppy retrieving brushes and sponges that he had stolen out of her tool box. He's also stolen wallets from visitors bags and his favourite is my work briefcase. Head right in for a rummage around.

After going on a COL meet with George and ClaireP4 and her Bella, George is Bella's Uncle :D and Claire's OH Ali, this was over 4 years ago, as Claire's Zorro was not born, and neither was Hamish. Ali was crouched down, taking some photos of the various cocker boys and girls, when a certain young man George snaffled Ali's pockets for treats ph34r, without her even realising for a bit :wasntme:. George has now become a pickpocket expert and would do Mr Fagin proud :005: After this episode, Claire very kindly presented me with one of her fab Chow Bella Bowls for George with "Pickpocket Extraordinare" emblazed on the side, it is one of the nicest presents, George and of course myself has ever received. :luv: Hamish was also presented with a lovely bowl, two years later, but as he is rather a well behaved chap :shades: he does not have such comments on his bowl ;)
Stephanie, George and Hamish xxx

I love this post :005:
Ebony's suddenly discovered she can quite easily steal my OH's wallet now. Funny watching him try and find it. I'd tell her off but she looks so proud of herself :D
She also loves a good root around handbags, shopping bags etc
