With their little spangle?
Thinking of giving it a go with Henry, although I will have to get a bit fitter first :005: I haven't run in years, just went for a pathetically short one tonight and I think I'm dying.... ph34r

SA I don't run it's awful I would much rather speed walk. I was the one who walked behind at school cross country lol

Milly'd probably cope quite well but I'd need a Heart Start and Oxygen ready after the first
100 yards 50 yards. :005:

LOL I had to look it up and then could see me ruffling "shuffle/run" singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (apparanetly that helps with a runners breathing!) and Toby crissing crossing my legs so I end up in A & E with a twisted ankle !!! :005:

Ahhhhh BUT...This will help you :005: You wear a waistbelt which attaches via a 2-metre bungee line to a padded dog harness. Will that help you!!!!!They do have cockers running also

My main problem will be teaching Henry to keep moving, and not to suddenly stop and sniff at things, roll in things, or veer off to one side after a bunny :o :005:
Going for my second run tonight, with Henry off-lead at the moment, will start teaching him about the harness bit once I'm slightly fitter ;)

Hiya,
I run with the dogs, and I love it. I've done one canicross race, but not with Charlie. ;)

You have to be joking! That's a sport for watching, not participating in. :lol2:

I've taken Tilly out with me a couple of times, just on her lead. I thought she'd be running all over the place and stopping for a sniff, but I found she was great and seemed to enjoy it. The first time she did dive for the hedgerow and nearly tripped me up, but I yelled "Nooooo, Tilly!" at her and she ran nicely by my side after that :005: I don't run very fast though - about 6mins per km, so she's fast trotting rather than running. I take her for a short walk first so that she doesn't need to stop for her ablutions! Hope you both enjoy it :D
