Hello We are awaiting the arrival of our first cocker spaniel in two weeks time. She is a cross between a show and a working cocker and she is mainly black. Busy buying all the necessary equipment, really excited and looking forward to her becoming a part of our family. Enjoying reading all you posts. :D

We like to call them universal cockers :005: Are pegys is the same and also in Black :D
We also have a 12 week old field spaniel....(That is like a springer but NOT as energetic as one and a bit more stock-eyer )And shes a little night mare ;)

Hello, this is a very useful forum for all things cocker as Misty (blue roan) and I have found. I must admit the time waiting to be able to go out after 2nd vaccine seemed forever. But days now flying and Misty growing so much. Good luck with your new pup. :blink:

We have a lovely 8 month old show pup called Florence who we adore. There's loads of helpful advice on the forum which really eased us through the more 'challenging' puppy times. Look forward to seeing pictures!

Thank you for all your replies only five days to go. We have decided to call her Layla. I think we have everything we need one of my concerns is introducing her to our two resident cats anyone any suggestions? Having read lots of posts i am a bit worried about bringing her home but also very excited. I will let you now how we get on.

I have an 8 month old Golden Show Cocker called Robbie and he is my best friend!
This forum saved me. In the early weeks I wondered what one earth I had done - but these guys got me through it and now I just laugh at the things Robbie did.

We have Alfie who is 16 weeks today, I have found this forum a godsend, I've not posted much but any problems or worries I've had a quick search on here will find countless people with the same worries and lots of helpful answers!
