:( Probably the wrong place to write this but....

Can anyone explain why my posts have stayed at 44 when I know I've posted a fair few times since then?
Noticed it before I went away but thought I wa imagining it ;) , but have posted a couple of times today and it still reads 44. I'm confused :(

I tmay be a glitch with this new forum software - but I don;t count my posts so I haven't noticed. I'll do a couple of test posts here though.

No the counting hasnt gone, some forum areas don't increase post counts (eg forum support, anything goes etc) posts counts usually only increase when posting is done in the actual Cocker related areas (like Cocker General, Health, Genetics etc)

Under the 'My assistant' thingy yesterday it said I had only made 6 posts but I know I had made more than that - and they were ones in the cocker areas. I didn't count the ones I made in Anything Goes. :)

I counted 21 posts from yesterday and 6 out of those were in countable areas.
I think it's reporting correctly, but will recount the stats in the CP anyway to be sure.

Stuart - something doesn;t look right - as my post count was 1716 as you saw - it's now gone down to 1704 :blink:  Have I been a naughty mod?  :D

No!  :D I recounted the post stats (a feature of the backend) and this will have resulted in any deleted posts, moved posts, posts from old area etc being recounted so a number of posts will not be counted in the stats.

I've lost a hundred of my posts :unsure:  :lol:  At the beginning of the week I was up to about 818 now I'm back down to 716  :huh:  Not that it matters, just wondered where they've gone!
