Goodbye sweet Jack, our beloved boy for excatly 13 years, sadly PTS on Saturday 17 December. Now free from pain and with our darling Seb and Ellie at the Bridge. Good night little man and thank you for all the beautiful times and memories. You will never be forgotten. Mum and Dad. :'( :'( :luv:
