Going to look at a litter on Sunday. Want a male red puppy. Can't wait. :021: His name will be Piper. The breeder send me a video of the litter and I think I have worn it out- :005: Reading all the threads is helping me to contain some of my excitement.

Oh how exciting! I love the name too. Have you had a cocker before or will piper be your first??

Will be my first cocker. Have had a rough collie,whippit and labrador retriever. We just recently lost the lab. He was 12 and half years old. Wanted a smaller dog but not too small. I enjoy long walks.  And I liked the personality and look of the Cocker :blink: Really miss having a dog.

You won't regret your choice, Roxy is our first dog and we adore her, cockers are so friendly and loving.
Hope you get to see your little chap soon (we all need to see a picture  ;) )

Sorry to hear you lost your lab. We lost our boxer, the beautiful Benji, in September last year. We got Bingley at the end of December, and in the short time he's been with us he has turned our lives upside down  :005: in the best possible way of course! They are wonderful. I hope it all goes well at the weekend, keep us posted!

Ahhh sorry to hear you lost your lab - we had a retriever before our Cocker and its tough when you lose them.

But.....good luck choosing your new pupster I'm sure he will help to fill the gap in his own unique way...our boy Dillon certainly has.

Absolutely LOVE the name Piper....it was on our list but Dillon's name came with him  ;)

Cannot wait to see photos when he arrives.

Picked out my wonderful little cocker. Can pick him up Feb 26.  Don't like wishing my life away but I hope the next 4 weeks go very quickly :lol2:
