Title: Wafer Ham treat

Is this kind of treat ok for a dog?? want to give him meat when i train him, just wondering if its ok to give to him

I probably wouldn't use ham because of the salt content  :-\

If you want high value treats you could use chicken, tiny bits of cheese or get your pinny on and make some livercake or tuna bread - Coco goes mad for all of these  ;)

Oh, and I sometimes use a tube of Primula cheese for recall only - keeps for ages in your pocket, not messy, dogs love it and you can just squeeze a bit out and let him lick it  ;)  Just don't mix it up with your own cheese in the fridge :020:
