Title: I feel like a mean mummy

Son Greg has just taken Nerys off to the groomers for me (she is very teddy bear like at the moment!) and her little face when he put her in the back of his truck made me feel so guilty!  He owned her before me (she was meant to be used for beating with the shoot, but was a complete failure  :lol2:) and I worry that she thinks I am giving her back and she will have to live outside in the kennel with the other gundogs, instead of on my settee.  Also my staffie Will is giving me evil looks as he thinks I have given away his beloved companion.  Roll on dinner time, when she will be back - looking gorgeous and smelling beautiful  :D
p.s. I told Greg and he thinks I am mad  :005:

aahhhh, like you say roll on lunchtime when the doggies are back together are you are forgiven  :005:

i feel mean everytime i take mine to the groomers......they look at me as if i am abandoning them,......best of it is, they love the groomer and get thoroughly spoilt by the girls there.

i think they do it on purpose so they get lots of cuddles and treats when they come home...  ;)

Nerys is home, looking very beautiful, smelling gorgeous and sporting a very fetching purple sparkly bandana  :lol2:  The groomer does a lovely job, I have asked her to keep the curls on Nerys' docked tail quite long and to leave a short skirt - she does exactly what I want  :D

Well she did smell gorgeous - I took her out this afternoon and she dived headfirst into a lovely fresh green cow pat  :lol2:

I think it's mean that we have seen pictures of the beautiful Nerys
