Title: did i hurt the dog by using coat king?!
Post by: Tiramisu on May 27, 2012, 07:13:25 PM
i just found a wound on my cocker's ear....
it looks a new wound, so it must be today or yesterday..... we went to park etc, but he didn't bite by any dogs... so... it would be caused by myself?!?!?!!?!
the only think i could think of is coat king...
but, i doubt coat king can cause a wound?! im puzzled......... :(

anyone can tell me whether coat king can wound the dog???

thanks

I think he would have yelped if you had hurt him when grooming.

dont see how you could have cut him with a coat king - more likely he snagged his ear on a bramble or something.

Ollie got a cut or sore on his ear last week and the vet reckoned it was an infection caused by a tight tat in his hair possibly. It appeared very quickly.
