Title: Photo In Gallery

Can someone help? I've put a photo in the gallery which Simon sent to me from the North Pole (the one of the blizzard). I assumed it was one of his own but apparently it was taken by a Tony Woodford and he has now copyrighted it. Can it be removed please? Or a credit put on it? Or something?

I've put a copyright notice on there Liz but if you would rather the photo was removed, let us know :)
