How is Shadow

Hi Gail

Just wondering how your boy is now.  Been thinking about you both since your visit to the vet and really hoping Shadow is starting to perk a little.   I fully understand how worried you must be and I am sure there are lots of other COLs thinking of you and Shadow.  Do hope his appetite is returning now.   Sending  :bigarmhug: :bigarmhug:

Hi AndyB

Last few days Shadow has been improving, showing more interest in things and he is barking again, we have taken him on short strolls and he manages well but tires easily, On friday he had some fluid drained from the wound site which helped a lot, we are going for another check up tomorrow.  His appetite is returning and his interest in food so all in all things are looking much better.

thank you for your support over last few weeks.

Gail & Shadow :)

That's great to hear - as good as you can expect at this stage I suppose.  I expect it is fairly normal to have a build up of fluid after such a major operation, good that his appetite is returning.  Give him a gentle hug from us.
