After having the best behaved dog ever on the planet, Rusty the cavalier, I was not prepared for the 'enthusiasm' of a cocker pup and it came as a bit of a shock.
Now, at 6 months, things are better due to understanding his need for rest and other little traits. What has helped is reading how normal a lot of his behaviour is for a cocker pup because I really would think that I had a puppy with serious issues without this forum.
His last puppy tooth finally fell out today too

so I am hoping his teething stage is nearly at an end
Now, when he has his quiet moments, my wife and myself worry that there might be something wrong with him

I suppose it is all the joy of being owned by a cocker. One thing you can't say is that they lack personality
