Turmeric

 Hi does anyone give there dog Turmeric and if so why ?

Not to my pup but I give it to my veteran mare as a joint supplement and it's worked wonders, she moves so much more freely.

If you're on Facebook join the Turmeric User's Group, very informative. I have the necessary ingredients (turmeric, unrefined coconut oil and black pepper) to make a paste that I intend to try on William, but haven't got round to it yet :D

Yes, I give it to my two oldies and it helps them, especially my saluki that has degenerative disc disease. Without the turmeric, he would be on heavy duty pain medication.

I also take it myself and can say that it makes a big difference to me.  :D
