Hi,for years I have always taken my dogs to the same vets.It was a small independent practice and the main man and owner was a very experienced and well respected man with a no frills down to earth manner. The prices he charged were reasonable as well I thought. For example Cloe has suffered on and off with ear infections, they cleared up for a few years but recently have flared up again.
Anyway,a typical visit to the vets for her ears would go like ear examination, seem a bit nasty, always one worse than other, prescribe ear drops,Otomax,or something else and told to come back in seven days, after seven days, they were usually nearly better and just put drops in for a few more days or sometimes he would try another type of drops.
