Help With Avatar

I want to update my avatar and I've got a picture the right size (less than 80x80 pixels) ready to use, but when I try and upload it, all that happens is that the current avatar settings change to reflect the size of the new one; but the picture doesn't update  :(  Can anyone help?  :unsure:

Funny you should post this Rachel as Butty got pushed to oen side for the LUSH Jack from lost and it kept doing that with me  :unsure: I kept perservering and eventually it worked  ;)

I'll report it to admin for you  :)
