Thanks Mark.

I'm not convinced it's just doors, i think its something else only i haven't sussed out what yet  :-\

Am buying him a crate for my car, will use it in the house too, see if he likes it. If he does then I'll get him one for the house , although we are a bit tight on space . He's had a crate in the past but never went inside it unless we went out.

Keep saying I'll try T Touch, been saying it for over a year now. Will definately look into it now though.

Thanks x

only just  seen this - poor Billy.  I don't know if anyone else reads the doggy mags, but a couple of months ago there was a small dog that was petrified of the shower after something happening when it was being fitted and she associated it with really scary horrible things.  It got to the point where if anyone went into the bathroom she freaked out in case they were going to use the shower and like Billy was just so scared she wanted to get out of the house.

I had a big clear out over Christmas and think I've thrown the mag away - but just wondered if anyone else had it.  The behaviourist used some really good distraction techniques over a few weeks, until she stopped associating the shower with horrible things.  I'll have a scout round and see if I can find it - does anyone else know which article I'm talking about?
