ollies ears smell

his ears have had a smell about them since i had him a year ago when he was a puppie . he has seen the vet he was diagnosed with an ear infection once and was given drops and tablets to take .. he is all fine in himself but these ears still smell the vet say's there is nothing wrong but it is making the house smell oh what can i do .. i have pets at home ear cleaning wipes i clean his ears at least three times a week each time i clean them i get brown /red dirt out is this normal ?

 :-\ Sounds like you need some Thornits, put a pinch in each ear after cleaning and that should do the trick! ;)

Tilly gets regular ear infections with a nasty reddish brown discharge. Do his ears have a kind of musty, yeasty smell to them? Hers are treated with Canaural and Cleanaural from the vet and I clean them once a week with Cleanaural in between times as well.
