Pager collar for deaf dogs.

Does anyone have experience of this type of type of collar?

Jarvis is almost totally deaf and because we have no way of recalling him with voice I'm looking for something that will attract his attention so we can recall him with a hand signal.
I don't want a shock/spray device it is simply so that I can tell him to focus on me for my hand signal.
