I can't believe it.
Just spoken to my best friend, and the same day that we lost Barney, they lost their beloved Monty.
They rescued him approximately 10 years a go from the "home of hell" where he had been beaten, malnourished and lost all faith in humans.
They nursed him back to health and in turn he became the most loyal, loving and faithful German Shepherd I have ever known.
God bless you Monty, run free at the bridge, forever young and pain free and most importantly reunited with your beloved Megan who passed before you.
