Oh my! After my first response, and now hearing fom everyone else, now I'm worried I have gargantua puppy!! He's 12 weeks and 6.6 kilos :oO - he's not fat though...he put a kilo on in one week 
- is that normal?
That sounds normal to me, I have heard of many who are that size at 3 months, especially male dogs. Thats why I wondered if mine was very small, when many others are much bigger.
