Success & Failure all in a morning
« on: June 06, 2010, 03:09:29 PM »
I have had a very busy morning, today I took the Silver test with Holly & the Gold with Tess.Holly passed her silver with flying colours   :clapping: :luv: as did the other two dogs taking it.Next we came to Tess in the Gold,I did know before I took her for it that she would not pass  ph34r she suffers from seperation Anxiety,so being tied up away from me she cried and she would not go to her bed, also failed downstay with me not in sight, but on the other parts of the test she did well, especially the off lead recall to handler walking along with me in the playing fields outside the hall -we had only practised this in the hall,so I was very pleased that she was a good girl and did'nt go off into the woods after the rabbits  :005: :luv:

Yes she did  :luv: :luv: she passed the other tests first time round but she is so attached to me she does not like being left on her own.At home she has all the other dogs to keep her company,so she is never on her own.As I am going to be training the puppy  and also training Holly for gold,I have decided to try Tess again with Agility instead. The first time we did Agility she was not obedient enough and kept running off!!

Well done Holly and Tess  :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
in my mind it doesn't count as a failure as long as you try your best and Tess did so she is a success :luv:  :luv:
