Pic in signature?

How have people managed to get a small picture as part of thier signature. Tried re-sizing the picture in photobucket but when I added the link it still ends up mahoosive  :huh:

This may sound like a daft question but have you saved the resized photo properly in photobucket before you copy the link? The first time I tried it I hadn't saved the new version of the photo properly so was still copying and pasting the link for the normal-sized original.
