Hello
« on: September 20, 2010, 06:09:13 PM »
Hello!  We have a Blue Roan Working Cocker Spaniel puppy – Lucy.  She is nine weeks old. Lucy lives with our six-month-old Border Terrier (Meg) and our four Chihuahuas (Kirby, Zeta, Fizzy and Domino).  We are looking forward to posting pictures of Lucy and getting lots of advice from the forum.  Although we are seasoned dog-owners, Lucy is our first Spaniel and we are particularly interested in how much exercise she should be allowed while she is growing.

Hi,

Just wanted to say welcome and how gorgeous Lucy is!
We have a working cocker, Bailey, who is 2 1/2 and he is a very similar colour as Lucy.

I have put some pictures of Bailey on your thread in the puppy photo section so you can the similarities.

Enjoy the site, it is very addictive :)

Hi Sara,

Bailey is about 16kg and vet said he is perfect last time he was weighed.

Do you have Lucy's pedigree? It would be interesting to see if there were any familiar names with this colouring being so rare.

Hi and welcome  :D

Lucy is just adorable.... and I love the pictures of the rest of your gang. Looks like a very busy, happy house  :D

I spend my time running around after Maggie, a light blue roan show cocker who will be 2 in January.  We've had some trying times but I wouldn't swap her for the world.

Enjoy the forum :)
