Hello

Hi I am new to COL and new to Cockers. I have a 6 Month old Bitch called Davey,and I am training her to work.Having had springers in the past,I am finding it hard going,so its comforting to see other people having the same problems!

Hi Steve, I'm quite new to the forum too, so welcome. Also on my first WCS, who is 17 months. Do agility so no gundog work but have to say he's been the easiest dog I've ever had! Need photos of your girl x

Welcome, there are a few people on here that have working cockers so am sure someone ill ba long soon. If not maybe get in touch with mark at top barks he is brilliant.

Hi! and welcome to COL.

We have a solid black rescue called Megan who is purely a pampered pooch so can not give you any tips on work training.

She is the light of our lives.  Looking forward to seeing some pics of Davey when poss.

Hello   Welcome to COL.  :D I am owned by Charlie a 6yr old orange & white show type, ;) so no experience of workers, but there is always lots of friendly support and advice available here on all things cocker. I  am
sure someone will come along soon with the info you are seeking.

but we are smitten ;)

until Easter but now she is living

If you hold the cursor over the photo it should come up with a selection underneath in which one says 'direct link' click on that, no need to copy as it does it for you, then click on 'insert image', 2nd from left above the smilies, and paste into there.  :blink:
