 Hi there just wanted to say hello, i today got my first cocker is a older dog from a rescue, fetched him home this morning and i can not believe just how fast he has settled in, its as if he has been with us all his life.......he is so loving towards us, had him out for his first walk and he did really well but does pull me quite hard.....so gonna have to work on that..... well i will keep you informed on his progress.

Hello and welcome to the forum. You haven't mentioned his/her name and a photo is a must.
We are a friendly bunch and if you want any advice just ask as some one will have an answer and point you in the right direction.
I have Ozzie a 2yr old show cocker and George a 1 yr old show cocker who we rehomed about 3 months ago. We don't show them. Quite a few of us have rehomed cockers  so  is you have any queries just shout however small.
Hopefully you will be able to come on one of the Col meet ups  if there is one in your area so you can meet some cyber friends.

What's your new little man called? What colour is he? Be lovely if you can post a pic....

I'm Emma and have a two yr old black working type called Tilly. She's not worked though, just a family pet!

sorry i forgot the name of my new little man..............his name is charlie.... and he is nearly 5 and golden..............and i have fell in love with him already......................
