Itchy skin
« on: January 16, 2013, 10:26:52 AM »
Holly has been itchy and biting herself over the last week
and on seeing the posts about many of you using fish oil to help ease this
I wonder if a few drops of cod liver oil would be ok. I use this myself.

Riley had itchy skin, we give him evening primrose oil with his breakfast and he has salmon oil on dinner,
The vet recommended the evening primrose oil for the skin.

We have started with evening primrose too. I've also started giving him an 'oat soak' in the bath if he seems particularly uncomfortable, it has worked wonders i must say.

We have used Yumega Plus for itchiness, with great success.
