First dog training class after xmas...
« on: January 13, 2007, 09:10:08 PM »
Billy completed his puppy foundation before xmas, so we're now working towards our bronze GC award  :D

I have to say i was expecting him to be far too excited at being back at dog classes to even listen to me but how wrong could i have been  :luv:

He sat and waited at one end of the hall while i walked to the other for a recall, and when i called he came running at 100mph, he had to do an emergency stop so he didn't hit into the wall behind me and then he sat right infront of me proud as punch waiting or his reward with his tail wagging soo fast :luv: :luv:

He did a perfect sit stay too and was the best in the class thursday night :luv:

I'm so proud of him... now we have to work on down stays, he's not so good with those at the moment, he prefers to do sit stays, where as my lazy lab prefers down stays  :005:

I just wanted to brag about my clever puppy  :shades:

Sounds like he is doing very well - well done to both of you

I always dread the first week back to training after a break - you tend to find a lot of the dogs are very giddy and you might as well just be speaking to yourself  :005: Thats why I took Jersey & Vegas to training on Thursday night - they are two of the more reliable ones and didn't show me up  ;)
Dallas ( 10) & Disney ( 9 )

Playing at the Bridge: Brook (13/06/04), Jackson (23/12/05) & Vegas (14/07/10)
