Thanks a lot everyone for your insight!  :D

I guess if I decide to get a black Cocker Spaniel, I'll just have to wait and see if he will keep a truly solid black coat for most of its life, or if he will become grayish at a young age, making him look like a senior earlier than one would hope!  :005: Thanks again!
