My gorgeous baby Lady, 15 weeks old passed away x

We are absoloutly deverstated, Lady was 15 weeks old when she passed away, the post mortum came back earlier and the vet confirmed it was parvo. we followed all the instructions for taking her out after her injections and yet she still caught the virus. Shes been so ill.  :'(
