Yup, Alfie sees me pick up the Kongs and put something in them, and he's in his crate waiting!

Just take it slowly and don't force him there, try by keeping the doors open and scattering treats or kibble in there during the day or even his kong, don't start by putting him in and shutting the door, he needs to associate it with a good place to be.

I think it's a bit too big for her, but she loves going in it. We have a blanket covering it so it's like her little den  :luv:

Alfie is 5 months old. He also loves going in it! As well as his furry cushion (which is in there all the time), at night he has two fleece blankets, one folded over and flat, and the other rolled up along one side. We don't put the blankets in there till he's had his last wee of the day (which we try to time to be around 11pm), but usually what happens is, starting at around 10pm, he starts bounding into the lounge, asking to come up for a cuddle, but then he sits on one of our laps, bolt upright, staring hard at us in the face. If we don't react at all, he put his paws on our arms. If we say "lay down", he leaps off the sofa, runs into the kitchen (where his crate is), and starts jumping up at his special blankets which are neatly folded on top, because he wants us to put them into his crate so that he can crash for the night! We usually make him wait a bit, and have one last wee, but then he gets really excited as I get the blankets down and put them in and make a "nest" for him. I give him a small handful of kibble in there, shut the door, cover it over with a blanket and he settles down for the night. Even if we're still up, watching TV, talking to one another, even if I am washing up or putting pots and pans away, there's no sound from him, apart from contented sighs. And he's well away then till at least 8am!
