Hi, When entering the site or after refreshing the page the ipb logo lights up to tell me that there are unread or new posts when I've already read it!! Not all of them, and not always the same ones!! That sounds as clear as mud!! Is this a common problem, or just me?!

This does happen to me as well, I've yet to explain why! Could be cookie related or there could be posts much further down the thread tree which are unread and it me be picking up on those. You could try clicking the 'delete all cookies set by this board' button (bottom right hand corner) but that may stop you from seeing the new posts icon illuminated for a period until the cookies restore themselves.

Regards
