Somehow Bear has mastered the art of getting out of his crate! It's taken us a few days to realise it's actually him doing it (OH and I have been arguing and blaming each other for not shutting him in properly

) but we're not going mad, he really can get out, even with both locks on!
When he's got out during the day he's been absolutely fine and good as gold so i now feel more confident to leave him uncrated when we have to go out in the day. But for some reason he gets himself out at night and then whines the house down

no idea why as he hasn't whined for months now at night and you'd think if it's because he prefers being in his crate, then he'd either stay put when we leave him or go back in.
I'm not quite sure what to do... The catches on the crate obviously aren't holding. I guess I could tie it closed with some string but I'm not sure if that feels right if you know what I mean

Does anyone else have Houdini Cockers?
