Really sorry to hear that Benson is so poorly.  Sounds as though you have a fantastic vet though - as Coopersmum said they seem to be very thorough.

Hope he's feeling brighter soon  :bigarmhug: for you

So sorry to hear how poorly Benson is but I've got first hand experience how powerful the cockersonline thoughts and hugs are. Buster has only just been diagnosed with an immune disorder & we thought he was not going to pull through but with everyones support he is on the mend. Good luck to Benson & will be thinking of you both. :bigarmhug:

Thanks for all your kind words and thoughts.

It's just so horrible seeing him so poorly, today he didn't wake up until 2:30pm then had some food and a wee and is back in his bed asleep   :'(

We're back at the vets tomorrow evening for fresh bloods to be sent to the lab.

I have noticed that his skin on his belly is looking yellow so I'm going to ask about that. I've been checking his gums constantly like the vet said to and they still look pink but are a little pale. His red blood cell count was down at 22 so I'm hoping its come up tomorrow.
