I'm sure there was a section called either Technical Help or PC Help yet I can't find it anywhere - am I going mad ? :unsure:

I've searched high and low for a thread I saw about converting video files ( started by Pete and Jo I think) yet it seems to have vanished. :D

There's something weird going on - when logged off I can see the section but not when I'm logged on. :unsure:

The PC section is definitely not there when I'm logged in - I've even tried accessing that thread by clicking on your name and going through the posts you've made ( as I can see when logged out that you were the last to post on that thread) ... but it's not listed in your posts either. :unsure:

It's still happening, Pam. It looks like it might be a job for Stuart, as it doesn't seem to be hapening to anyone else - it must be as Steve suggests, a problem with my own account.

I've checked the permissions for the PC Help board & it's set to be accessible to all members & there doesn't seem to be anything amiss with your account Colin - not that I could see anyway ;) Have you tried doing a good clear out of your cookies & IE cache? Probably won't help but worth a try maybe :)

Thats because I've just changed it!  :unsure: :D  Apologies Colin, the feature mod group wasnt allowed access for some reason, should be ok now though.
