Teething
« on: March 05, 2013, 02:55:10 PM »
Maisy is now 19 weeks, growing fast and her teeth are coming through nicely.   :luv:

She's lost her incisors and the new ones are through and her top two canine teeth have come out and the gums are really swollen where the new ones are pushing to emerge, but not yet through.

I have given her plenty of chews and she's using these with relish, also we come in handy for a change of chew, fingers are her speciality! Thankfully she's using the chews rather than the funiture!!  :005:

Any other suggestions?

Have you considered a stag bar? http://www.puredog.co.uk/

We also used a knotted tea towel, soak in water, ring out and pop in the freezer, also frozen carrot, nylabone's, fleece tuggies etc.

When the urge to chew takes them, there's no stopping them is there? Hope you keep all your fingers intact!

Frozen baby carrots a huge winner with Pops. Have you found any teeth? I haven't found a single one yet from Pops although the new ones are coming through thick and fast.
Pops the Womble: November 2012 to February 2017. Forever loved and missed Poppet.
