Ian Dunbar seminars
« on: June 02, 2013, 05:12:21 PM »
I am seriously thinking of going to 2 of his seminars in July as they are being held in a hotel 10 minutes away.

Has anyone been to one of his seminars or is thinking of going?

People laugh at me because I'm different, but I laugh at them because they are all the same.

At Gatwick and there are 3 days. Day 1is Puppy Training, Day 2 Learning Theory Redux Binary Verbal Feedback and Day 3 Off Leash Lure Reward Training.

I think I will go for day 2 and 3. Very expensive but useful for my course.

I totally believe in Dunbar and only hope I can really get to grips with Tali's behaviour issues. He's not bad but just very headstrong and stubborn lol.

I did his 4 day one last year (missed the last day)

I found it very interesting, I often use lure and reward in my classes, which is his preferred method of teaching new behaviours.

Not sure what this years course is on, last year it was based around what to teach in your own classes, setting up your business etc.

He has quite an interesting take on a few things  :D
