I wrap each one separately so she's had one every so often when she's needed something to do, and they were wrapped with loads of paper to take time for her to get them open.
She's had four so far. The plastic hotdog is de squeaked and half shredded (lasted ten minutes, including removing wrapping paper). The stuffed pheasant is de squeaked, de stuffed and strewn around the carpet (twenty minutes), the plastic hamburger I THINK is still intact, and the green chew has been added to the cache under the sofa of the Thanks But No Thanks things. I was planning to go through her toy box after Christmas and take out the chewed up/trashed things and replace with her new toys, but there won't be anything left intact by tomorrow.
I buy toys fully aware they're going to be wrecked in minutes, I never get her anything expensive. Actually she's as happy tearing a cardboard box to bits to reach a few treats in twists of paper, and it's cheaper - you'd think I'd learn!
