first dog walk
« on: December 28, 2013, 05:22:40 PM »
Should we put on our doggy for her first small walk, we stay in chilly Aberdeen?
We dont put a coat on her when she plays in the garden.
It will be fun and games, she likes to chew the lead when we try it on her, and tries to eat everything in sight when we let her out the back!!
Bailey will be 11 weeks tomorrow and has had all her injections.
Elaine :)

It's entirely up to you! I got mine a coat for the rain when he was that age as he seemed so tiny! Must admit he's hardly had it on though, hes never seemed to be bothered by cold and rain. Couldn't hurt though, if its really freezing. Enjoy  :D x

We are in Aberdeen too!

Must say, we have never bothered with a coat for Daisy, it's not been hugely cold so far this winter though. Maybe see how Bailey is after her first walk and if she is shivery. You'll prob find she's rushing around so much she'll keep herself warm!
