Have a look at www.classiegrooming.comI do my two myself at the moment but am tempted to take Maddie there as her coat is getting more difficult to manage.A neighbour goes there and there is a cocker at the Rally class I go to who is clipped by him and he always looks lovely. He hand strips too and as you'll see by the site he wins loads of competitions
Judy McBride (Topday Cockers), Google 'Woof Cuts', Eastham, Wirral. She has done well with her cockers at Crufts, and always did a beautiful job on my Bryn.
I do my own grooming but would definitely recommend classiegrooming Sara as Mike will do an excellent job Is it the same one that Wendy has told you to contact?
Mike runs a commercial grooming shop, and although he is "The Man" for cockers you may have to compromise on some of things on your list and I think most groomers would prefer the dog was washed and dried on the premises as good preparation makes for a better finish, so again be prepared to make compromises. Good luck.
