hurt paw?

It seems everytime ie let flint off lead or on a training lead he injures himself. Think its his paw cos he keeps chewing it and has a limp when hes been still for a while. Any iideas or help pleasr xx

As it keeps on happening I'd be taking him to the vet if he was mine. Have you checked his pads, nails and in between them in case there's any swelling or thorns or cuts? Something must be hurting or irritating him if he keeps chewing his paw.

Checked everything,i might have exagirated,its happened twice but have had to keep him off it eg no walks for a month according to vets so we have,it puts him so far back with his training to walk good,hes only 9 month. At vets in morning,she said hed just pulled his leg last time but i think its his paw this time. Just wish he could talk lol. X

Back from vets and flints been given painkillers. Vet just said its just a badly bruised leg,and its just because hes so boundy at the min. Hopefully he will not be in pain now xx

Thanks,had read this already and asked vet byt she said not but if it happens again we will be asking for xrays x
