Jeffrey has been home for two weeks now so thought I'd give everyone an update on how he's settling in.

He is such an excitable and loving puppy. He loves meeting new people and goes crazy with happiness when they talk to him, he gets so excited that there isn't a neighbour he has not done an excited tinkle on!  :005:  He is sleeping for 6/7 hours through the night without any accidents and is starting to get the hang of where to go to the toilet during the day. He's a clever little thing too, he's already learnt so much. He knows how to sit, lay down,  high five,  give paw, stand, up, spin, and we're working on beg at the moment. So proud of him  :luv:    He has his second jab on Tuesday so will try to get lots of photos of him on our first walk in the park and post the best ones on here.

Only problem we've had is with one of our cats attacking him, hoping that will get better in time though.

Sounds like he's settled in really well and is a clever boy too :luv:

One of my previous Cockers used to do a little sprinkle on visitors when he was a puppy, although in his case it was because he was a bit timid. But he outgrew it quite quickly and I'm sure Jeffrey will too.

Sounds like hes settling in nicely, but watch your cat , years ago my sister got a pup and the cat scratched her right across her eyeball , it wasn't nice .

Poor puppy, hope her eye was ok. I never leave them in the room together. It would take a few months of them getting along without any hissing etc before I'd trust them in a room together without me. Going to be a long process but we'll get there eventually.
