My gorgeous blue roan girl is getting soooo dark!!

Totally agree it's amazing to watch the roaning process. Poppy's mum is blue roan and dad is a sable, her litter consisted of
1 blue roan
1orange roan
2 golden
2 sable
1 solid black
What a mixture eh!!!

Following on from what Jane said, I have a pale blue roan but even the colour difference on him is quite noticeable. But the black hair grows thicker than the white. If they are hand stripped you'll still see the roan, if she's clipped she'll be spotty until her hair grows a little then you'll see her roan colours again
