On 20/05 I posted that I would let you know when I acquired a 2nd cocker and finally I am able to shout it from the roof tops!! He is a beautiful 6 yr old orange roan (a completely new colour cocker for me having had 11 solid golden, black, and a couple of black/tans). He has settled in a treat and very important, good with Kellie. She is doing ok; one of the vets syringed the mysterious lump and got such a lot of pus from it (abscess?) and since then no mention of tumour. I watch her like a hawk (will be 11 in 02/26); I'll so grateful to have her and now Bodie and them to have me! It's been a very traumatic year, losing Matte so suddenly, losing several dear friends, family members developing rotten cancers; will be glad to see the back of it. But for now, I'm enjoying the pleasure of having 2 cockers again, giving thanks and prayers for my family and friends, and not forgetting you folk who were there encouraging me in my quest.
